Edifies Strengthens Revives
‘Prayers in the Closet’ is a Divine inspiration through the Holy Spirit to draw closer to the One and only true God of Creation and of Eternal Life. ‘Prayers in the Closet’ is the secret place of solemnity where you go to communicate and listen to tol he Divine King of Glory, it is the place where you connects with the ‘cord of life’ through the connectivity of the Holy Spirit, where the ‘worshippers’ gathers around the Throne of the Great King; to glorify and bless him, to honour and praise him.
It is where the saints are found under the altar. It is where man becomes one with his Lord and Maker. Prayers are the power that binds the Will of the Father to the Spirit within the man, who as Jesus himself said in the scriptures… John23 “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father seeketh such to worship him“. John24 “God is a Spirit; and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth“. (John 4:23 - 24) Praying is the life force of the Divine Will and the power of the Living Spirit of the only true God. To pray is to submit through humility. You are either “humble” or become “humbled”.
The meaning of ‘Prayers in the Closet’ is to set aside as a daily discipline a time to pray and worship the King of Glory, (Daniel prayed three times for the day, in (Thes 5:17) we are told to pray without ceasing, in (Roms 12), Paul says, we must continue in prayers. Jesus prayed all the while – day and night. We glimpse through the window of time and see that he would retire sometimes on his own to the garden or to the mountains. Most times, praying until the early hours of the morning. He prayed everywhere he went; Jesus loved praying to the Father. Praying was the language he communicates with to the Father. He spoke to his Father in prayer about everything. He was obedient to his Father and heard his Father’s will by seeking Him in prayers. It is in the prayer time where you can enter in to your closet and pray to your Father, if you truly believe you will enter in you will unity within that sacred place and let the Holy Spirit leads you into the Holies of Holy to meet the Father of Eternal glory, where that sweet aroma of praise and worship will be poured out like light. There you will hear the Father’s Will, daily do you enter like Jesus, and he was able to say …”John 5 :19 The son can do nothing of himself …”
I hope prayers in the closet will encourage you to enter in and pray to the true Creator of mankind I will hope to highlight from the scriptures will the help of the Great Teacher, the Holy Spirit, how the true worshippers entered their closets and prayed for certain interventions of the Divine God - the Creator of Heaven and earth. The everlasting and Eternal Godhead who for the love of man gave up His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to save mankind from the sin of everlasting death. Only then will we begin to understand the purpose of man on earth.
Jeremiah. 1: 11-12
Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Jeremiah, what do you see?” And I said, “I see a branch of an almond tree.” Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word.”
* To see man and woman rise to the place of pray
* To see families standing together in prayer
* Young people being revived through prayer
* Church coming together to pray
The Mission of this Mandate is very simple; To Teach you how to pray. We do this by telling you . . . “without prayers you are not able to enjoy all that Jesus’ sacrifice and glorification has made available for you as a Child of God”.
“Man ought to always pray and not faint (Luk18:1).
Prayer simply is communicating with God as your Father, so it is relationship based.
Prayer is your spiritual food, prayer fuels the oil in the lamp, it is what kindles the fire on the Altar in the secret chamber. As a child of the Eternal Creator our Father God, prayers is our ‘birthright’.
Jesus has given all of us access to God by, the offering up of Himself so we now have access to Our Father without limits, protocols or restrictions.
Everything about the Kingdom of God must be taught, so prayers must be taught; on how to pray, why you need to pray and who teaches you to pray, hence our mission.
Above all things… “covet the best gift”. This is reached through your Prayers in your Closet. Love is the best gift and it is the Master Key that operates all locks. Allow the Gift of Love to unlock all the fullness of your values that will bring you into the Secret Place and before HIM your Creator.
Our values are to truly reach out to you in prayers, that through the Holy Spirit of God you will accept the Salvation of the Cross, that we may help prevail for you. That you may follow Jesus, as it is said in (Luke 9:2 . . . and he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick). . .And he said to them all, “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me”. This is that you may be counted worthy to inherit the Kingdom of Heaven and be called faithful, and hear the glorious blessings of God … “well done, though good and faithful servant”.
The values and character of God, is that you be like Him, leaving self behind. As He has commanded, “Be Ye Holy as I am Holy”…God is described in the Bible as Holy, Pure, Good, Righteous, Just, Merciful, Trustworthy, Faithful and Truth – a Father to the fatherless, a God of Grace and Love. A Sovereign King. We must pursue all Godliness, we must imitate Him that we may become like Him, bearing the virtues and values of Himself and as sons and daughters of God.
The more we search for Him and are taught about Him the more we learn about ourselves. Looking darkly in the mirror. We are spiritually created to reflect, the qualities and the values that have their source in Him that we may be like Him.
A core principle of being Christ-like is about the values of being a child of God, blameless in Him, confident and bold with all humility, but with joy, peace and righteousness in the Holy Spirit. Full of love - willing with compassion to help others, be patience with meekness.
If you can forgive, you value the love and compassion toward your fellow men, and the same shall be shown to you. Matthew 18:21 says, Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother who sins against me? Up to seven times?” Jesus answered, “I tell you, not just seven times, but seventy-seven times!
Romans 7:24-25 “Oh wretched many that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind, I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.
Turn from your wicked ways that you may be healed. Ezekiel 33:11. Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
Let your values speak for you. Let the value of wisdom rule you with sincerity of justice that you judge wisely the things of the heart and be found blameless in deed and in thoughts. Live in peace with all men.
“Without Faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please GOD”
It is the belief of our faith in life to continue putting our thoughts into actions, as it is stated ‘Faith without Works (action)’ is dead. It is through faith that we take the Promise of our Risen Saviour, Jesus Christ; and bring it into reality by the Word of God into our life.
James 2: 15 – 17 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? “Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead”.
My belief is the evidence that you have Faith, followed by the substance of Truth. As our understanding in Hebrews 11:1 states; faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. “Believe before it happens; and in believing until it happens, the substance is materialised!”
To believe in God is to have faith in GOD - … John 6:44 Jesus Christ said “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day”. To have a belief in God is to first be drawn by Him and to Him. An example of this can be found in Genesis of Moses curiosity of the burning bush. And Saul whose name was changed to Paul by Jesus, it was the same Paul who persecuted the saints in the Book of Acts. But was called to preach and witness to the known Nations of the world for God through Christ Jesus!
Faith is the acceptance that something exists or is true especially without proof. It is trust which is faith or confidence in what you believe.
It does not matter to God what you call yourself or which religion you claim to be, if He chose you for a Mission, He has predestined you from the foundation of Creation. There are many examples of Chosen people in the Bible. Noah, Jonah Jeremiah, David, Pharaoh, Gideon, Jesus, Peter, Judas (in fact the 12 Apostles) the Eunuch Philip was sent to, and many others also called you are amongst them who are called. Yet everyone’s faith is their testing.
In Exodus 3:2-4 you read, where Moses was keeping the flock of his father-in-law Jethro, the priest of Midian; and led his flock beyond the wilderness, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of a bush; he looked, and the bush was blazing, yet it was not consumed. Then Moses said, “I must turn aside and look at this great sight, and see why the bush is not burned up.” When the Lord saw that he had turned aside to see, God called to him out of the bush, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am”. Through the conviction of the sign, he witnessed and followed God without gainsaying against his calling.
As for Noah, we see in the Book of Hebrews 11:7 that:- By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
How does Faith operate. . .?
“the Spirit of Faith speak the unspeakable. . . “
“the Spirit of Faith speaks through its carrier. . .”
“the Spirit of Faith engages the Word to delivery. . . “
“the Spirit of Faith is the Rod of Wonders”
